Terms of use
These terms cover the Sprout: Habit Garden app for iPhone ("Sprout", "the app"), made by Hirdyansh ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. They are deliberately short.
The app
Sprout is a habit tracker where every habit grows a plant. The free version includes the whole core experience with up to three habits and three custom rewards. Sprout Pro adds unlimited habits and rewards, exclusive plants and window views in the Shop, a six-month heatmap, and a little plane that says hi with your name.
Sprout Pro
- Pro is sold through Apple's App Store as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- The yearly subscription may start with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and Apple charges your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs to its end.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Refund requests go to Apple.
- When Pro ends, nothing you grew or bought is deleted. Three habits keep growing; the others wait in the Hall of habits with every check-in kept, and come back with Pro.
Sunlight
Sunlight is an in-app points system earned by checking in. It has no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and exists only inside the app.
Your data
Your data stays on your device, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up your device; if the app is deleted or the device is lost, we cannot recover your garden.
Fair use
Use the app as it is meant to be used. Do not try to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it. The plants, art, names and words in Sprout are ours.
No guarantees
Sprout is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. Sprout is a tool for building habits, not medical, psychological or professional advice.
Changes and law
